Oil Pressing Machine

Sunflower Seeds Separator & Cleaner:
This machine is small model grain seeds cleaning machine. It is suitable for different kinds of grain and vegetable seeds. Cleaning rate reach to 90%. Easy operate and move easily. In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity. Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron. 


Sunflower Seeds Roasting Machine:
This process is heating and cooking for sunflower seeds. It is also suitable for roasting all kinds of dried fruits and nuts, such as chestnuts, peanuts, melon seeds, pine seeds, hazelnuts, almonds, rapeseeds, coffee beans, dates, sesame seeds, walnuts, all kinds of beans, wheat, rice, etc. Electric, coal, firewood and gas heating type optional, gas heating type, equipped with energy-saving burner, can adjust the firepower; electric heating type, with temperature controller, can adjust the temperature.


Oil Pressing Machine: 
This oil pressing machine is suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung oil seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel, etc. It adopts the latest press machine in China to squeeze out most of the oil from the high-oil materials, such as sunflower seed etc., with high oil yield and with low residual oil and low running cost. Under the combined effects of several forces, such as the pressure generated as the space in the squeeze chest becoming smaller, the propulsion of the revolving spiral axes, the resistance of the multilateral arc curves on the squeeze loops, the extrusion & friction between the oil plants, oil squeezed from the oil plants comes out from the squeeze bars and the grooves of the squeeze loops. The residue is conveyed to the end of the press chest and discharges in thin strips of oil cake from the space between the cake adjuster and the loop for cake out. Then the whole separation process of oil from oil plants is completed.
